Our Quality Check team will assess the issue. If approved, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or resolution accordingly.

Note: Items must be returned within 10 days from the approval date. Returned products must be unused, unworn, and have original tags intact.

Post 24 hours, no cancellation requests will be entertained

Store Credit Policy

Store Credits are valid for a lifetime

Must register on SwarnSutra.com to redeem credits

Can be redeemed against any product on the site

Store Credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash

Usage Conditions:

If the cart value exceeds the store credit, remaining balance must be paid during checkout

Store Credits cannot be used to purchase additional credits

COD (Cash on Delivery) is not available on Store Credit usage

Return of items bought with Store Credit will follow the same Exchange & Return Policy

SwarnSutra is not responsible for lost or stolen Store Credits or unauthorized usage. We assume the individual using the code is the intended beneficiary.

SwarnSutra reserves the right to cancel or reject any Store Credit in case of suspected fraud, misuse, or invalidity.

No shipping charges apply for issuing Store Credits. Standard shipping applies to product orders.

Jurisdiction

This policy shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in UP only.
